Q. what is our policy on back ordered parts?
A. Try as we may we do try to keep all of the parts we sell in stock, there are times when the part is on back order from our vendors. If the part is on back order we will notify you that it is and attempt to expedite recieving of the part through other channels if it looks as though it will be an unreasonable amount of time before we recieve it through our regular vendors.
Q. Do we carry any parts for other types of classic or muscle cars?
A. We do not stock alot of parts for cars other than the Chevelle,Camaro,Nova and Elcamino. We do have a good access to parts for other makes and models though due to a number of our venders also stocking parts for Mopar,trucks,Mustang etc...
Q. What is our shipping policy?
A. We try our best to ship all in stock orders on the same day. We charge actuall freight charges! We do not inflate shipping charges to pad profits. Nosireebob.
Q. Does Streamline Muscle Parts have employees in house that can help with tech or installation of my parts?
A. YES!! Streamline is very passionate about these cars and has built and worked on these cars since the early 1980s. We also use all the same parts we sell on our personal cars as well as customers.
Q. Where is Streamline Muscle located and what are the store hours?
A. We are located at 2507 Broadway in Everett, Wa.( 20 miles north of seattle). Our showroom is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. till 5:00p.m. and Saturday from 9:00a.m. till 3:00p.m.
Q. How does todays reproduction parts fit and what is the quality like?
A. Todays repro parts have come along way. Here at Streamline we have tried our best to weed out the parts that seem to cause the most problems. We have learned this by using the parts ourselves. Alot of the time we may carry a cheaper and more expensive version of the same part, not everyone is building a show car so we like to have options for you. Please ask your sales person any questions you may have about the part you are seeking.
Q. What is Streamlines return policy?
A. You may return the part providing you did not install it and it is in the original package. We do charge a 10% restock fee. If the part is defective we will exchange for another, if part is damaged by shipper you must follow the shippers own policy. absolutely no refunds on electrical parts.
